NSTFDC, a PSU under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, primarily engaged in providing financial assistance to eligible Scheduled Tribe persons is looking for suitable persons for the following posts on direct recruitment or transfer on deputation basis:

• General Manager (Finance) : 01 psot, Pay Scale : Rs.18500-450-23900/- (IDA), Qualification /Experience : CA/CWA/MBA (Finance) / Minimum 18 yrs. experience in the relevant field, of which 12 yrs. in the middle & senior managerial level., Age : 52 years
• Deputy Manager (Finance) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs. 13000-350-18250 (IDA) , Qualification / Experience : CA/CWA/MBA (Finance) / Minimum 5 yrs. experience of which 3 yrs. Service at Executive level in the relevant field., Age : 37 years.
• Asstt. Manager (Projects) : 03 posts (to be filled on deputation basis), Pay Scale : Rs.8600-250-14600 (IDA), Qualification / Experience : PG Degree in Arts/ Sc./ Com./ Agri. Sc./ Vet. Sc./ BE/ MBA from a recognized university. /Minimum 3 yrs. relevant experience in the supervisory level., Age : 32 years.
• Asstt. Manager (Personnel) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.8600-250-14600 (IDA), Qualification / Experience : PG Degree in Arts/ Sc./ Com. from a recognized university / institute. / Minimum 3 yrs. relevant experience in the supervisory level., Age : 32 years.
