Assistant Central Intelligence Officer - Grade II/ Executive Examination 2007
Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade II/Executive, General Central Service, Group-C (Non-Gazetted/ Non-Ministrial) in the Intelligence Bureau.
- Assistant Central Intelligence Officer : 200 posts (UR-101, OBC-54, SC-30, ST-15), Pay Scale : Rs.5500-9000/-, Age : not more than 27 years as on last date. Relaxation in age as per rules., Qualification : Graduation from a recognised university orequivalent.
Selection Procedure : Written test and interview. Exam date will be informed later to the candidates and the code No and examination centre list as follows:
- 01 - Agartala, 02- Ahmedabad, 03- Aizwal, 04-Amritsar, 05-Bangalore, 06-Bhopal, 07-Bhubaneswar, 08-chandigarh, 09-Chennai, 10-Dehradun, 11-Delhi, 12-Guwahati, 13 - Hyderabad, 14-Imphal, 15-Itanagar, 16-Jaipur, 17-Jammu, 18-Kohima, 19-Kolkata, 20-Leh, 21-Lucknow, 22-Meerut, 23- Mumbai, 24- Nagpur, 25- Patna, 26- Raipur, 27- Ranchi, 28-Shillong, 29-Shimla, 30- Trivendrum, 31- Varanasi, 32-Vijawada
How to Apply : Application in prescribed format on plain white paper be sent by ordinary post to Assistant Director (G), Post Box No.5319, Post Office Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021 indicating the code no. and examination centre in the application form so as to reach on or before one month of the publication of the advertisement i.e. upto 30/04/2008.

manisha, i did my aeronautical engg. but want to pursue my career either in CBI or IB? am I eligible for these posts? if yes, whal all books should I refer to crack the exams?
ReplyDeleteNothing else? you can only try with your utmost level best to achieve your goal. Rest leave on God. Prepare with various IQ test and aptitude test. Be perfect in Eglish Vacabularies and expression. Always remember your distiny is not determind by you, but it is determind wonly by Lord. Believe in him he will give you guidance.

hey guys! i understand that we all are very genuinely worried. I think even if we get a rough picture, then may be we will be at ease. All the people who have posted entries over here. there is fair chance that a few might have appeared for this exam earlier OR knows someone who had appeared. Someone like that can intimate us about when the results were declared last time the exam was held. And i guess,
ReplyDelete1. No website can give us any prior information about the result declaration.
2. Intelligence Bureau does not maintain a website, as far as i know (they are not bound by RTI Act).
3. We will have to help each other and share any information that we receive.
Lastly, if anyone can please check about last time's Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Exam results, it would really clear up the foggy atmosphere.
