Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)

UPSC invites application on prescribed forms by 10th April 2008 (17th April 2008 for the candidates from far flung areas) for various posts in various Government of India Ministries and Departments in the prescribed format. The post are :

1. Three Joint Directors (Chemistry) in Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage, Department of Agriculture & Co-operation, Agriculture Ministry, Pay Scale : Rs. 12000-16500/-, Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry or Agricultural Chemistry., Age : 50 years, Experience : 10 years experience in Administration of Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry or Agriculture Chemistry.
2. Two Electrical Engineer in Junior Time Scale in Integrated Headquarter (Navy), Indian Naval Armament Service., Defence Ministry, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/-, Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Passed Section A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) or obtain a Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Age : 30 years.
3. Three Mechanical Engineers in Junior Time Scale in Integrated Headquarter (Navy), Indian Naval Armament Service., Defence Ministry, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/-, Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Passed Section A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) or obtain a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Age : 30 years
4. Ten Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers in Junior Time Scale in Integrated Headquarter (Navy), Indian Naval Armament Service., Defence Ministry, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/-, Qualification: Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or Passed Section A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) or obtain a Degree/Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Age : 30 years.

Fee payable is Rs.50/- in the shape of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only.
