Reservation shall be provided to the candidates who belong to the State of Madhya Pradesh only. Women/Physically handicapped candidates shall be provided reservations as per State Govt. Rules.

The qualification and other conditions should be as laid down by the UGC. For Pharmaceutical Sciences the eligibility conditions would be as per norms of Pharmacy Council of India.

Application forms with details of qualification and other information may be obtained by hand from the office of The Registrar by submitting a crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- only payable to The Registrar, Dr. H.S. Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar (MP). If the candidate wishes to obtain the application form by post he/she is required to send a crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 150/- only.
