2. Joint Director (Targeted Intervention) : 01 post (on contract for one year), Qualification : PG in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Anthropology/ Public Admn. 12 yrs experience in the field of Health, Poverty Allevation, Gender Sector Administrative exp. in planning and coordination of NGO activities, Pay : Rs.30000-40000/- pm
3. Joint Director (IEC) : 01 post (on contract for one year), Qualification : PG Degree in Mass Comm./ Social Science/ Humanity with PG Diploma in Mass Comm. 12 yrs. experience in developmental/ Health communication including planning and implementation of IEC campaign., Pay : Rs.30000-40000/-
4. GIPA Coordinator : 01 post (on contract for one year), Qualification : Grdaute, 3 yrs work exp. for HIV/AIDS, People living with HIV-AIDS preferred., Pay : Rs.15000/- pm
5. District ICTC Supervisor : 04 posts, Qualification : Graduate in Psychology/ Social work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Dev. 3 yrs exp as counselor in an ICTC under the NACP. Computer knowledge, Driving license., Pay : Rs.13000/- PM
6. Counselors for ICTC/ STI clinic/ Blood Bank : 33 posts (on contract for one year), Qualification : Graduate in Psychology/ Social work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Dip. in Nursing with 3-5 yrs exp in HIV/AIDS, Pay : Rs.6500-8500 PM.
