• Departments : Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Business Management, Mathematics and Statistics, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Zoology and Botany), English, Telugu.

Pay Scales :

1. Assistant Professor : Rs.12000-420-18300
2. Associate Professor : Rs.16400-450-20000
3. Professor : Rs.18400-500-22400
