The Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project is a Government of Bihar initiative aiming to reduce rural poverty. The project seeks committed people at State, District and Block Level to play a leading role to guide and support field teams in achieving project goals. The positions offered are:

1. State Project Manager – Communication : 01 post
2. Project Manager – Micro Insurance : 01 post
3. Project Manager – Communication : 01 post
4. Project Manager – Research & Documentation : 01 post
5. Project Manager – Marketing & Innovation : 01 post
6. Project Manager – Staff Learning & Performance Management : 01 post
7. Project Manager – Institution Building : 01 post
8. District Project Managers : 04 posts
9. Training Manager : 01 post
10. Finance Managers : 06 posts
11. Training Officers : 07 posts
12. Manager–Livelihoods, Manager – Microfinance, Manager – Social Development : 18 posts

All Positions are offered on a contract basis for a period of three years, renewed based on review of performance.
