  6. Dear All,

It seems that Parliament Web site managers have put local IP address before the file name instead of real IP address. You will have to wait till they rectify their mistake. Otherwise you may view Employment News dates 09 January 2010 for details.

  19. All those questioning Manisha for the link please read the comments here and her reply. It is the parliament staff who deserve the blame.

I just talked to the relevant office in the parliament and they said they will correct the link soon. I hope they do it soon. If they do not correct it today I will leave their phone no. here so that we all bother them by calling them! But I will wait until evening.

Anonymous, it is usually different forms for different posts (but see the notification). All details are there (don't be shy of reading) and don't comment anonymously if you need help. Feel free to mail me (I have a huge experience with this exam).

and regarding mains, it's in the lines of civils.

  28. Hemant,

Did you read the notification? I think not. They are not asking for any experience.

You need a PG degree or PG diploma to apply and you should have a PG degree by 8.2.2010. Read page no. 37 of the notice.

    Hope this helps.

  30. Madhu,

    The download link is http://164.100.47.132/JRC/Module/Notice/Adv.%20No.%201%20of%202010.pdf

Manisha here has also uploaded it but it seems you only searched and did not read!

Dates of exam are announced later (ideally it should happen in April). In future, read before you write and seek help.

  31. hi vikas,
thnx for the info.in notification it says typed application format.does that mean we have to apply in typed format(not by pen)?
and one more doubt,i already applied for this post.but i am not sure whether i had signed on declaration form.can i apply one more time for the post?

    thnx in advance

    ReplyDelete
  32. @ Anonymous,

You can print the form from the notification pdf.

If you have not signed the form, then your form could/will be rejected. You may go to Joint Recruitment Cell yourself and ask them the query. I do not know what to advise you here.

    hey vikas

i want to know that i have just given my final year exams of graduation(bachelors of journalism and mass comm.) can i apply for this. one thing more want to join Lok Sabha TV but have no idea about that..i have a good experience of internships at Times Group and NDTV. i know wieredest of all questions i have asked but am damn very confused and you have written over here "please feel free to ask"...so am asking

    thank you

  34. Shonaspark,

    1. This one (Officer exam) is for those with PG degree or PG diplomas. But you can apply for executive asst. post which is also published from time to time. I would suggest with a degree of 'journalism' look for other pastures (but you are as welcome as any other to apply and complete for an 'assistant' post). Read the notifications for more as and when they are published (this one has of course expired).

    2. LokSabha TV sometimes publishes ads on vacancies/internships. Keep an eye on them and all the best.

    3. Future mails to me may be addressed to blog (dot) vikas (at) gmail (dot) com
