vijya bank is not allowing candidates from correspondence course. i want to know does bank follow the rule of gov of india or not.ignou is a central university and funded directly from ministry of hrd and its degree is equivallent to any other regular university of india by the act of parliament. so why a gov undertaking bank do this type of very unacceptable decision.
ReplyDeleteHello All,
ReplyDeleteI am agree with Mr. Nipen comment.
vijaya bank asking for LL.M candidate below age of 28 yrs including 4 yrs experience ...how practically its possible...even after graduation LL.B n LL.M take 5 yrs...i dont know why they have made upper age limit 28 it shoulb be 30 atlist.

ReplyDeletemy age is 29 yrs right now and min age required by the bank for this post is 30 yrs.... can i apply and why is so...
hi
ReplyDeletei agree with nipen...they must allow students from corresspondence univ
there is lot of diffrnce b/w crspndnce course & regular one....d exposure u get in regular is nt dere in crspndnce...if bth r gven sme weightage den evryne has gone for various degrees at a time...it juzz a matter to clear d exm...nd u knw in todays scenario its nt a dfclt task...
ReplyDeleteEven bth corspndnce nd regular shld nt be gvn sme weightage...nw correspndce engg oders ppl r nt fool who spend dere valuable 4 years in college...nd thrgh crspndnce ppl r gettin degrees juzz sittin at hme...ne cn have min 5-10 degrees in dis spam of time....den wats d use of regular studies ....den no one shld go for dat...juz earn degrees sitting at hme...
ReplyDeletewhatever u said was wrong....even if one goes by your arguments...because if a correspondence candidate is pursuing something else, then he would definitely have more experience than a regular college student.....and therefore is better equipped to handle the job...plus if the govt. has given it recognition, and if these universities have been running for decades, then there is definitely a reason behind it....going by your mentality, after sometime, people will start discriminating between normal graduates and technical graduates....and by the way,Vijaya bank's actions should be condemned.....these discriminations were, uptil now, restricted to private sector only...OUR GOVT. BABUS WILL NOT LEARN THE WORK CULTURE OF A PRIVATE CO.,BUT ALAS!!THEY WILL DEFINITELY LEARN TO DISCRIMINATE!!
ReplyDeleteSHAME!!SHAME!!
plus....you definitely dont know the hard works put behind pursuing a degree from a university like IGNOU.....I can say with rock solid conviction that IGNOU students definitely have more knowledge than their regular counterparts.....simply because if one has to pass the degree in 3 years from IGNOU,he/she can not afford to do anything apart from sitting at home and study.....or else the degree will take more than 3 years..may be 4-5 years..the banks can perhaps stop these non-serious candidates from attending an exam....what they are doing in this way is they are not allowing even serious guys for their jobs...
