Examination For Recruitment of Sub-Inspector in CAPFs, Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will organise an All India Examination on 27/05/2012 for Recruitment of Sub-Inspector in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), Assistant-Sub-Inspector (ASI) in CISF. SSC invites application Offline/ Online  for the above posts :


  1. Sub-Inspector in CPOs : 1857 posts (CRPF-559, BSF-295, CISF-533, ITBP-470), Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 - 34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200 /-, Age : 20-25 years
  2. Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) (CISF) : 338 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. Rs.5200–20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2800 /-, Age : 20 - 25  years


Qualification : Graduation.

Fee Payable : Rs.100/- (No fee for Women/ SC/ST/PH and Ex-Servicemen) by means of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) only, available at head post office all over the country OR SBI challan OR Online payment through SBI online payment.

How to Apply : Online - Candidates can apply Online at http://ssconline.nic.in up to 16/03/2012. 

Offline - Application in the prescribed format should be sent on or before 16/03/2012 (23/03/2012 for candidates from far-flung areas) and should be sent to any of the 9 regional/sub-offices of SSC where candidates want to apply.

    ssconline.nic.in upto 16/03/2012 ".today i woke up to fill form for ssc si because last date is 16/3/12 according to your blog but i found that original last date is 14/03/12 before 5pm.therfore i lost this job because i am preparing for it for past 6 monts for written as well as physical test and i had already cleared written for last exam but got fail in physical test.i think that behind all this rejection u are responsible,i agree that i am also resposible at some extent.

    plese try to provide exact information otherwise there is no requirment to provide such a wrong information that leads prerejection of candidates because of not filling the application form.this is damaging your reliability of information.
