An opportunity in SAIL for around 640 Management Trainees (Technical - 558 & Administration - 82)

SAIL invites applications for the posts of Management Trainees in the areas Engineering  - Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, E&T, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining and Chemical Engineering and Administration (HR, Finance, Materials) . The posts are in E-1grade with scale of pay of Rs.20600-3%-46550/- (E-1).:
  • Management Trainees (Technical) : 558 posts, Qualification : Degree in Engineering (full time) with 65% marks in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, E&T, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining and Chemical Engineering.
  • Management Trainees (Administration - HR, Marketing, Finance, Materials) : 82 posts, Qualification : Bachelor Degree with 60% marks and at least 2 years full time MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in HR/PM&IR/Pers./MHROD for HR and Production/ Operations/ Materials/ Logistics and Supply Chain Management for Materials,  CA/ICWA for Finance.
Age : 30 years as on 01/03/2013, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, by 3 years for OBC candidates and by 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates.  

Selection Procedure : Eligible candidates will be required to appear for objective type written examination followed by Interview/ GD for selected.  

 How to Apply : Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply online only through SAIL’s website from 12/03/2013 to 03/04/2013.

    SAIL Wale dimag kam log hai...last year AAI Jr.executive exam ke din hi sail exam bhi rakhe they...500rs waste ho gayey bahuth sare bhaiyiyo ke is bar jarur Prasarabharti ke date pe coincide karege sure dnt waste ur money by applyng 4 two notifications

    Average of all 4 yrs in B.tech should not less than 65% and for MBA/PGDM degree it should be full time not in correspondence and percentage or CGPA should not less than 65 or 6.5 respectively.
