Scientist and Technical Jobs :
- Scientist B : 34 posts (DeitY-2, ICERT-13, STQC-19), Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
- Scientific/ Technical Assistant A : 183 posts (NIC-150, STQC-33) (PB-2, Rs.9300-34800) with GP 4200
Application Fee :
Rs.750/- (Rs.375/- for SC/ST/PWD/Women) to be paid by online mode only.
Selection by a Recruitment test for both the posts will be held on 09-June-2013, between 0900-1200 (Hrs.) for Scientist ‘B’ post and between 1400-1700 (Hrs.) for Scientific/Technical Assistant A’ post.

ReplyDeleteI have notice following qualification is eligible for the Post of Scientific/ Technical Assistant A. Here I have seen MCA with BSc
ReplyDelete(Mathematics as a subject) as well as BCA degree candidate also eligible for this post.
What about those candidate who had done MCA with BCA
If I will see according to qualification specify in advertisement then BCA candidate is eligible then MCA with BCA candidate also eligible. but BCA candidate is not able to take benefit of MCA degree because there is no option at the time form filling
MSc (CS)/MCA with BSc
(Mathematics as a subject)
/DOEACC ‘B’ level with
Science/Mathematics background
OR
DOEACC A Level/ Three year
Diploma in Engineering (CS)
with 2 years of relevant
experience in IECT area
OR
BCA/B.Sc. in (Computer Science)
with 2 years of relevant
experience in IECT area
BCA student is eligible but they can't take benefit of his/her MCA degree(even after they have) due to your eligibility criteria MCA degree is consider only for those who had done BSc(with math) and finally they will take advantage of his/her MCA degree at the time Interview.
ReplyDeleteMy exact question is why MCA with BCA having Science/Mathematics background is not eligible but DOEACC ‘B’ (equivalent to MCA and B level done after A level. which is equivalent to BCA) with Science/Mathematics background is eligible.
If only BCA with 2 years exp then how they will take benefit of his/her MCA degree in this recuritment at the time of interview.
