IBPS, an autonomous body, has been authorised by the IBA and has received mandates from 21 Public Sector Banks to conduct the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees (MT) posts for their requirements.

IIIrd (3rd) Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by the IBPS as a per-requisites for selection of personnel for Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees (MT) posts in the following 21 Public Sector Banks and in any other Bank/ Financial Institution.
  • Allahabad Banks / Andhra Bank/ Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Canara Bank/ Central Bank of India/ Corporation Bank/ Dena Bank/ ECGC/ IDBI Bank/ Indian Bank/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Oriental Bank of Commerce/ Punjab National Bank/ Punjab & Sind Bank/ Syndicate Bank/  UCO Bank/ Union Bank of India/ United Bank of India/  Vijaya Bank
Each of the bank will issue individual recruitment notifications, details of  vacancies, eligibility criteria etc. separately.

Probationary Officer (PO)/ Management Trainee (MT) posts :
  • Age : 20-28 Now changes to 20-30 years as on 01/07/2013 (i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/07/19851983 and not later than 01/07/1993 (both dates inclusive) ), age relaxation as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/ PWDs/ Ex.-SM/ Domicile of Kashmir and 1984 riots
  • Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).


Application Fee : Rs.600/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD) to be deposited either Online at the IBPS website or Offline at the counters of the following banks : - Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India

How to Apply for CWE :  Candidates need to apply Online at IBS website from 22/07/2013 to 12/08/2013 only.

        IBPS last two year se PO/MT ka exam conduct kara rha hai.. aur un dono exam k advertisement me PO/MT ki age criteria 21 to 30 years tha....
        lekin is baar IBPS ne PO/MT ka age criteria change kar kar 21 to 28 kar diya hai.... jab ki 21 to 28 age criteria ro cleak leval exam ka hota hai...
        ibps poore saal me sirf ek baar hi exam ka conduct karata hai ... aur hum poore saal bhar us exam ki preparation karte hain.. yadi ibps age kam kar dega to humari poore saal bhar ki mehnat karab ho jaayegi...
        TO KYA IBPS AGE CRITERIA ME CHANGES KAREGA ???

        IBPS saal me ek baar hame ek chance deta he or wo bhi iss saal se khatm ho gaya sab student ka to 60% marks nahi aata, jis student ka 60% se marks kam he wo kha jayege,

        pure saal wait kerne ke baad ye mil raha he,agar apko academic merit per hi exam conduct kerna tha to ye common written exam kyu,or to or age limit bhi kam ker diya gaya,fee bhi badha diya gaya,higher education ka to mention hi nahi he,

        IBPS kyu,jitne bhi issme bank merge he hame her bank me apply kerne ka chance milta,hamare career barbad kiya ja raha he.

        I have got 59.11% in graduation and 64.22 in post graduation. but I could not apply for the post. I am a stduent from Arts. How many student of arts can achieve 60% of marks in graduation?? is it fair??? If IBPS wants only science and technical students then why they demanding graduate from any stream. this is ridiculous.

        Friends, India's Top Services Examination (Indian Civil Services) never mandate 60 percent marks as hurdle...... Banking Selection Board has no right to reject candidates who have less than 60 percent marks.... It might possible those second class students who are being rejected have more intelligence than 60 percent.... IBPS go to hell......

        IF OBC non creamy layer is in reserved category then why not they r getting preference of 55% in graduation? y they r treated as general category?
        n
        in colleges of jharkhand bihar up kolkata where the honours subjects are the main focus, we get marks in subsidiary papers and additional paper depends on such that nobody get 60 or above it. so how our aggregate percentage will be more than 60%.

        it is not fair to reject student who has not 60% aggregate marks , these days marks has been sold in university and colleges , no matter which state , it happens in all states , koi bhi fully govt. services UPSC, SSC, And other state ssc and state public service commission me marks nahi dekha jata hai ,bus merit dekhi jati , hume marks system ko puri tarah change karna padega, all undertakings to hell salo , exam nikalne ke babjood marks ke nam per mujhko po me chhat diya.

        check the site of ibps they given a corrigendum on the issue of age and graduation percentage now age is between 21-30 and only degree is essential for the post apply....

        IBPS PO Revised Notification IBPS PO educational and Age limit 30 years Breaking Good News Friends ! IBPS Changed The Age limit 28 to 30 Years. and No 60 % mandatory in Graduation . computer literacy is not mandatory. New rules Read below :

        Age Limit : Minimum - 20 years Maximum – 30 years
        (i.e. candidate must have been not born earlier than 02.07.1983 and not later than
        01.07.1993)
        (Relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. Guidelines for Reserved Categories will
        apply).

        Educational Qualification : A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

        Computer Literacy : Not Mandatory

        sir,600 rs fees for general category too much.....atleast female candidates should have some concession as in upsc exams or other state exams or banks.girls should be enouraged for such exams.200-300 rs alright for them to think abt d exam...plz consider...
