6. Lady Medical Officer : 01 post
7. Emergency Medical Officer : 01 post 

Application Fee : Rs.1500/- (Rs.750/- for SC/ST)  to be paid in the form of demand draft of Non-refundable in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot.
