Government Job Advertisement has to mention all degrees

List of all Degree should be published with advertisement

Allahabad High Court in a significant order has said that the Government Naukri Advertisement should clearly mention which degree is eligible for the particular job vacancy being notified.  Merely mentioning that 'candidates should have so and so degree as on date'.  The list of all eligible degree should also be mentioned in the advertisement.

This is a very significant decision of the Hon. High Court and this will change the way all the Government Job advertisement being published in the the country.  This was published in the Dainik Jagran on 22nd Jan, 2017.
