NALCO is looking for committed, promising and result oriented candidates in Finance & Company Secretary Disciplines for the following positions of Management Trainees and Executives (General Manager) :Vacancies :
- Management Trainees (Finance) : 12 posts, Age : 30 years as on 15/05/2017, Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or Cost Accountant (CMA) from ICAI., Pay Scale : Candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- during one year training. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Jr. Manager at E1 grade in the pay scale of ₹ 24900 - 50500/-
- Management Trainees (Company Secretary) : 03 posts, Age : 30 years as on 15/05/2017, Qualification : Company Secretaryship (ACS/FCS) from ICSI, Pay Scale : Candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- during one year training. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Jr. Manager at E1 grade in the pay scale of ₹ 24900 - 50500/-
- Assistant General Manager (Finance) : 02 posts, Age : 50 years as on 15/05/2017, Qualification : Degree in any discipline with CA/CMA OR MBA with specialization in Finance Management., Experience : 17 years
- Deputy General Manager (Finance) : 06 posts, Age : 52 years as on 15/05/2017, Qualification : Degree in any discipline with CA/CMA OR MBA with specialization in Finance Management., Experience : 20 years
