• Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) :  115 posts (Mechanical-54, Electrical-32, Metallurgy-18, Electronics-05, Instrumentation-06) (UR-60, OBC-30, SC-17, ST-08), Age : 30 years as on 22/05/2018 only. , Pay Scale : Rs. 40000-140000 during training. After successful training, they will be absorbed in NALCO as Jr. Manager in the E1 pay scale Rs. 60000-180000/-
