Executives : 309 posts on contract basis (UR-137, EWS-15, OBC-81, SC-45, ST-22, PWD-9), Age : 20-25 years as on 01/03/2019, Qualification : Graduation with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university, Consolidated Remuneration : ₹22000/- per month in the first year, ₹24000/- per month in the second year and ₹27000/- per month in the third year of service.
On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees may become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by IDBI Bank.
