About AIIMS Bathinda (Punjab)

All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), Bathinda (Punjab), an autonomous Institute of National Importance is one of the new AIIMS being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swastya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) with the aim of correcting the regional imbalance in the quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education of training. PGIMER, Chandigarh is the mentor Institute for operationalisation of various activities at AIIMS, Bathinda (Punjab). 

AIIMS Bathinda Faculty Recruitment 2020 Vacancies

1. Professors: 30 vacancies (UR–15, OBC–08, SC–05, ST–02) in various departments, Pay Scale: Pay Level-14A in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC
2. Additionals Professors: 23 vacancies (UR–12, SC–04, ST–01, OBC-06) in various departments, Pay Scale: Pay Level-13A2 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC
3. Associate Professors: 28 vacancies (UR–11, SC–06, ST–02, OBC-09) in various departments, Pay Scale: Pay Level-13A1 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC
4. Assistant Professors: 40 vacancies (UR–14, SC–07, ST–05, OBC-14) in various departments, Pay Scale: Pay Level-12 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC

Application Fee

₹1000 (₹500/- for SC/ST candidates) to be deposited in any branch of State Bank of India through payment challan.

The application in the prescribed proforma which is available on AIIMS Bathinda from 28/02/2020 to 19/03/2020 along with copies of certificates duly attested by the Gazetted Officer in support of educational qualification(s), experience, age/date of birth certificate, No Objection Certificate from the present employer, if employed and one copy of challan form should be sent through registered post or Speed Post or personally only to the Administrative Officer (Recruitment Cell), PGIMER, Sector-12, Chandigarh - 160012 so as to reach before 27/03/2020 till 04:00 PM.
