Online Applications on prescribed recruitment form are invited from bright, young and energetic Engineers of Indian Nationality for the recruitment of  Government Jobs vacancy posts of Engineers/Officers and Graduate Apprentice Engineers (GAEs) in the disciplines of Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering  through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE – 2020).

IOCL  Engineers/Officers and Apprentice Engineers Recruitment 2020

• Engineers/Officers and Graduate Apprentice Engineers (GAEs) : Recruitment to these positions will be through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE – 2020), Age: 26 years as on 30/06/2020, Pay Scale: Officer/Engineer will be posted in the Pay Scale of E2 Level with a starting basic pay of Rs.50000/-per month (The gross valuation of remuneration to the company will be about Rs.15.10 Lakhs per annum) and GAF will be offered lump-sum monthly stipend for a period of one year and on the basis of their satisfactory performance during the apprenticeship period, they may be absorbed in the Corporation 
• Qualification:  The candidate should have completed Full-time Bachelor Degree in Engineering (B.Tech. /BE. /Equivalent) in Chemical/ Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical from Institutions/ Colleges/ Universities/ Deemed Universities duly recognized by AICTE/UGC with a minimum of 65% marks. b) Candidates currently in the final year of their engineering studies may also apply 

Selection by GATE-2020 score

Candidates have to essentially qualify in the GATE-2020 examination in Chemical (GATE 2020 code: CH) /Civil (GATE 2020 code: CE) /Electrical (GATE 2020 code:EE)/ Mechanical (GATE 2020 code: ME) engineering disciplines in order to be eligible to apply for the advertised posts. GATE marks of previous years (2019 or before) shall not be accepted.
