• Professor: 26 vacancies (Puducherry-23, Karaikal-3) in various subjects/ disciplines/ departments, Pay Scale: Level 14A ₹168900–220400 as per 7th CPC, Age: 58 years  
• Assistant Professor: 108 vacancies (Puducherry-90, Karaikal-18) in various subjects/ disciplines/ departments, Pay Scale: Level 12  ₹101500–167400 as per 7th CPC, Age: 50 years
