Indian Air Force (IAF) invites online applications in the prescribed format for the recruitment of 304 various disciplines SSC/PSC Officers through the Air Force Common Admission Online Test (AFCAT) 02/2026 for the courses commencing in July 2027 for the grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) (Men and Women) in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches.
Online applications are also invited for the grant of PC/SSC for the NCC Special Entry Scheme (for the flying branch) and Meteorology entry.

- AFCAT Entry of Flying/ Weapon System/ Administration/ Logistics/ Accounts/ Education/ Meteorology - Registration and online recruitment examination is a must
- AFCAT NCC Special Entry - Registration is mandatory, and no online recruitment examination. NCC Air Wing 'C' certificate is mandatory
- AFCAT Technical Entry - GATE Score Based Entry and no online examination An
