Applications are invited from male Indian Nationals possessing educational qualifications with the science stream (Maths & Physics) as the main subject for recruitment to the post of Yantriks, Naviks (General Duty) and Naviks (Domestic Branch) in the Coast Guard, an armed force of the Union.
- Yantriks - 25 posts (SC-04,ST-02,OBC-06,Gen-13)
- Qualification: Matriculate and with three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engg. recognised by AICTE.
- Age : Born between 01 July 85 and 30 June 89.
- Naviks (General Duty) - 125 posts (SC-19,ST-09,OBC-34,Gen-63)
- Qualification: 10+2 with Science Stream (Maths and Physics) from an educational board recognised by Central/State Government.
- Age : Born between 01 July 85 and 30 June 89.
- Naviks (Domestic Branch) - 15 posts (SC-02,ST-01,OBC-03,Gen-09)
- Qualification: Matriculate
- Age : Born between 01 July 85 and 30 June 89.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years of OBC candidates.
