Application in prescribed proforma, should be filled in completely and supported with attested copies of certificate of qualifications and experience. It should be sent along with crosses Indian Postal Order amounting of Rs.500/- in favour of "Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University Fund Accounts" payable at Dantiwada, SC/ST and SEBC candidates from Gujarat State only are exempted from such processing fees.
