Applications are invited from male, female and ex-serviceman Indian nationals for filling up the posts in CISF.

• ASI/Steno: 22 posts, Qualification: Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent certificate from recognised board., Age: 18 to 25 years as on 01/08/2007.
• Head Const/ Clerk (Direct) : 135 posts, Qualification : Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent certificate from recognised board, Age: 18 to 25 years as on 01/08/2007.
• Head Const/ Clerk (Deptl) : 58 posts, Qualification : Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent certificate from recognised board., Age: 18 to 45 years as on 01/08/2007.
• ASI (Pharmacist) : 12 posts, Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent certificate from recognised. Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy., Age: 20 to 30 years as on closing date.
• ASI/Exe (Ex-Servicemen) : 116 posts, Qualification : Matriculation or Army 1st class certificate or equivalent to Navy/Air Force, Age: 18 to 25 years as on 01/08/2007.
• Head Const/GD (Ex-Servicemen) : 164 posts, Qualification : Matriculation or Army 1st class certificate or equivalent to Navy/Air Force., Age: 18 to 25 years as on 01/08/2007.
• Constable/GD (Ex-Servicemen) : 1001 posts, Qualification : Matriculation or Army 1st class certificate or equivalent to Navy/Air Force., Age: 18 to 23 years as on 01/08/2007.

Application Fee: Fee of Rs.50/- in the form of Postal Order drawn in favour of the respective officers where to be applied.

4. The Deputy Inspector General CISF, East Zone, CISF office complex, Boring Road, Patna-13 (Bihar) (postal order should be in the name of Asstt. Comdt (DDO) CISF East Zone, Patna and payable at GPO Patna)
5. The Deputy Inspector General CISF, North East Zone, Premises No.533 Eastern Bypass, Township Kasba, Kolkata-107 (WB) (postal order should be in the name of Asstt. Comdt (DDO) CISF North East Zone, Kolkata and payable at GPO New Kolkata)

Last Date : The last date of receipt of the application is 25/02/07 and for resident of north East last date is 5/3/07.
