Syndicate Bank, a Premier Nationalised Bank, invites applications from Indian citizens for the posts indicated here below :

1. Probationary Officers : 300 posts (SC-50,ST-29,OBC-66,UR-162)
2. Security Officers : 07 posts
3. Probationary Clerks : 400 posts (SC-47,ST-50,OBC-116,UR-187)

Pay Scale : Probationary and Security Officers : Rs.10000 -18240 and Clerk Rs.4410 –13210

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2007): Age relaxation as per Govt. orders

1. Probationary Officers : Minimum: 21 years and Maximum: 30 years
2. Security Officers : Minimum : 21 years and Maximum: 40 years
3. Probationary Clerks : Minimum :18 years and Maximum: 28 years

Educational Qualification:

1. Probationaty Officers: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised University with atleast 60% marks in the aggregate and computer science covering M S Word, M S Office, Excel, Access, etc., as one of the subjects at the degree level OR MCA with atleast 60% Marks in the aggregate. OR Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised University with atleast 60% marks in the aggregate and any one of the following computer qualifications:(i)Diploma in Computer Operations from NIIT, SSI, Aptech, MICE, STQC,CMC (ii) GNIIT from NIIT (iii)DOE ACC Courses/Certification (O,A,B,C Level)
2. Security Officers: A degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognized University
3. Probationary Clerks: A Degree in any discipline from a recognised University with atleast 60% marks in the aggregate and any one of the following computer qualifications: (i) Proficiency in Windows/MS Office (ii) Certificate/Diploma in Computer Operations from NIIT, SSI, Aptech, STQC.
   OR
   BCA with atleast 60% Marks in the aggregate.
   OR
   Degree in any discipline from a recognised University with atleast 60% marks in the aggregate and computer science covering M S Word, M S Office, Excel, Access, etc., as one of the subjects.

Application Fee : Requisite Application Fee shall be sent by Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque/Pay Order favouring "Syndicate Bank Recruitment Project - 2007” payable at ‘Udupi/ Manipal’ only.

1. Probationary and Security Officers: Rs.200/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PH)
2. probationary Clerks : Rs. 150/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PH)
