MIDHANI is an ISO 9001-2000, and hi-tech, Metallurgical industry engaged in the manufacture of special steels, super-alloys, titanium alloys in various mill forms and shapes to Defence, Space, Atomic Energy and Commercial sectors. The pay scales of the company are under upward revision. Applications are invited for the post of :

• Asst. Manager (Personnel): 02 posts in Grade-II: Scale of Pay - Rs 8600-250-14600/-. One post is reserved for Orthopaedically Handicapped with minimum 40% disability. Qualifications, Age & Experience: Degree preferably in Engineering/ Physical Sciences with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma / MA (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations)/ MBA (2 Years full time or 3 years part-time course) in Personnel Management or MSW from reputed Institution. Minimum of two years post qualification experience in the relevant area. Knowledge of Telugu essential. Upper Age Limit 30 Yrs. Degree in Law preferred
• Dy. General Manager (Grade-VI) / Sr Manager (Grade-V)(Materials) : 01 Post. Payscale of Rs. 16000-400-20800/ Rs 14500-350-18700. Educational Qualifications, Age and Experience: Graduation in Engineering or Technology with 60% marks and MBA preferably with Materials Management or Production Management or Operations Management as specialization / PG Diploma in Materials Management. Degree in Law preferred. Minimum experience of 13 years for DGM (Gr.VI) /10 years for Sr Mgr (Gr.V) in the area of Materials Management after Graduation in Engineering/Technology. Desirable: Exposure to either in implementation or working with any of ERP packages. Upper age limit: 45 years.

Fee: A fee in the form of DD for Rs 100/- drawn in favour of “Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited” payable at “Hyderabad”. (SC/ST/PHC/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fees)
