Hindustan Latex Limited is a Mini Ratna Schedule B Govt. of India Enterprise manufacturing and marketing contraceptives, health care products, pharma products etc. The Company with four manufacturing units and Marketing Offices throughout the country is poised for rapid growth in its operations.

HLL currently looking for performance driven professionals having successful track record for the following positions:.

(ADVT.NO.HLL/HR/013(014,015,016,017)/2007)

1. GENERAL MANAGER / JOINT GENERAL MANAGER (HR)
• Qualification : 1) MSW/ MBA(HR) 2) Knowledge of Malayalam essential 3) LLB
• Desirable Experience : Minimum post qualification experience for General Manager is 20 years and Joint General Manager is 17 years, out of which minimum 5 years should be as Head of HR Department of a reputed organization.
• Age : Not above 50 years as on 1/3/2007
2. ASST.MANAGER / SR.ASST.MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER (FINANCE)
• Qualification : CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
• Experience : Minimum Post qualification experience in a company of repute manufacturing FMCG Products, Vaccines, pharmaceuticals and other products, etc. as per this detail: (i) Assistant Manager : 1 Year (ii)Sr.Assistant Manager : 4 Years (iii)Deputy Manager : 7 Years
• Age : Not above 35 years as on 1/3/200
3. ASST.MANAGER / SR.ASST.MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER (PURCHASE & STORES)
• Qualification : 1) Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical) with first class 2) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management
• Experience : Minimum Post qualification experience in a company of repute manufacturing FMCG Products, Vaccines, pharmaceuticals and other products, etc. as per details : Assistant Manager : 1 Year, Sr.Assistant Manager : 4 Years, Deputy Manager : 7 Years
• Age : Not above 35 years as on 1/3/2007
4. ASST.MANAGER / SR.ASST.MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER (PRODN / ENGG)
• Qualification: 1) Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical) with first class 2) MBA desirable.
• Experience : Minimum Post qualification experience in a company of repute manufacturing FMCG Products, Vaccines, pharmaceuticals and other products, etc. as per details : Assistant Manager : 1 Year, Sr.Assistant Manager : 4 Years, Deputy Manager : 7 Years
• Age : Not above 35 years as on 1/3/2007.
5. ASST.MANAGER / SR.ASST.MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER (MARKETING)
• Qualification : MBA from a reputed University / Institution with first Class.
• Experience : Minimum Post qualification experience in a company of repute manufacturing FMCG Products, Vaccines, pharmaceuticals and other products, etc. as per details: Assistant Manager : 1 Year, Sr.Assistant Manager : 4 Years, Deputy Manager : 7 Years
• Age: Not above 35 years as on 01.03.2007

Appointment to Post No.2 to 5 will be on regular / fixed term contract basis.

Other things being equal, preference will be given to SC/ST Candidates. Upper age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per rules.
