Applications are invited from Indian citizens for appointment to the Group 'A' post of Trainee Pilot (FIXED-WING & ROTARY WING) in the Cabinet Secretariat on Direct Recruitment basis. The post carries All India service liability. The eligibility conditions for the post are as under:

1. Post : Trainee Pilot (Group 'A' Gazetted)
2. Pay Scale: Rs. 8,000-13500 /-
3. No. of Vacancies : 17 (UR-09, SC-03, ST-01, OBC-04)
4. Age : Below 27 years as on last date of receipt of application. (Relaxation of 05 years in r/o SC/ST candidates and 03 years in r/o OBC Candidates)
5. Educational Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent qualification
6. Professional Qualification : (i) holding CPL/CHPL with 250 hrs. of flying experience. (ii) Holding current RTR (A) license and FRTO endorsement on CPL/CHPL.
7. Last date of receipt of application : 60 days from the date of publication of advertisement (i.e. publish date 03/03/07 and closing date 02/05/07)

Interested candidates may apply to Post Box No. 3003, Lodhi Road Post Office, New Delhi-110003 within 60 days from the date of publication of the advertisement (i.e. upto 2/5/07) which would also be the crucial date for determining the age limit.

Two copies of the application alongWith recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted officer be forwarded to above mentioned address. A selfaddressed envelope of size 11cm X 24cm with Rs. 5/- stamp should also be enclosed. Selected candidates will be required to execute Bond for Rs. 30 lakhs.
