Hindustan Latex Limited is a Mini Ratna Schedule B Govt. of India Enterprise manufacturing and marketing contraceptives, health care products, pharma products etc. The Company with four manufacturing units and Marketing Offices throughout the country is poised for rapid growth in its operations.

HLL are currently looking for Trainees as given below under the Training and Development Scheme of the Company.

• LIAISON ASSISTANT (Appointment will be on fixed term contract basis)
• Qualification :1.Degree in any Discipline and 2.Degree in Law
• Experience : Minimum three years experience in liaisoning with various Govt. Departments.
• Age: Not above 40 years as on 1.3.2007.
• ACCOUNTS TRAINEES
• Qualification : B.Com with minimum 60% marks
• Stipend : 1st Year – Rs.3500/- / 2nd Year – Rs.4250/- / 3rd Year – Rs.5000/- p.m.
• GRADUATE ENGINEERING TRAINEES
• Qualification : Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks
• Stipend: 1st Year – Rs.8000/- / 2nd Year – Rs.9000/- / 3rd Year – Rs.10000/- p.m.
• ITI TRAINEES
• Qualification: S.S.L.C. with ITI in Fitter / Electrician / MRAC / Machinis/ Turner / Plastic Processing Operator etc.
• Stipend: 1st Year – Rs.3000/- / 2nd Year – Rs.3750/- / 3rd Year – Rs.4500/- p.m.
• GRADUATE TRAINEE (MATHS)
• Qualification: B.Sc.(Maths) with minimum 60% marks
• Stipend: 1st Year – Rs.3500/- / 2nd Year – Rs.4250/- / 3rd Year – Rs.5000/- p.m.
• STENOGRAPHER TRAINEES
• Qualification :1. Graduate with minimum 60% marks (2). Should have passed Typewriting English Higher and Shorthand English Lower in KGTE/MGTE or equivalent or Diploma in Commercial Practice or Final Diploma in Typewriting and Shorthand and should have good knowledge in Computer operations.
• Stipend: 1st Year – Rs.3500/- / 2nd Year – Rs.4250/- / 3rd Year – Rs.5000/- p.m.
• Age: Not above 37 years as on 01.03.2007

Other things being equal, preference will be given to SC/ST Candidates. Upper age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per rules.
