Recruitment of Constables (Telecom/Wireless/ Line Man/ Motor Mechanic)

Applications are invited for filling up the following Group ‘C’ posts in ITB Police from male Indian citizens. Last date for receipt of application is 29th April 2007 for all States except for Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahul & Spiti Distt. and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba Distt of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep for which last date is 13th May 2007.

Recruitment at Telecom Battalion ITBPF, Shivpuri (MP) :

• Constable (Radio Operator) : 876 posts , Age : 18 to 23 years
• Constable (Radio Technician) : 174 posts, Age : 20 to 25 years
• Constable (Line Man) : 96 posts, Age : 18 to 23 years

Recruitment at Transport Battalion ITBPF, Chandigarh (UT)

• Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) : 44 posts, Age : 19 to 25 years
• Constable (Motor Mechanic) : 48 posts, Age : 18 to 25 years
• Constable (Driver) : 529 posts, Age : 20 to 23 years

Pay Scales : Head Constable Rs. 3200-85-4900/- and Constable Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590/-

Fee : All candidates belonging to General & OBC category should furnish a crossed Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft worth Rs. 50/- drawn in favour of Deputy Inspector General, SHQ (L&C), ITB Police, Chandigarh (UT) alongwith their application. SC/ST candidates are exempted from application fee.

How to Apply : Prescribed Application alongwith Admission Card and attested copies of requisite documents/testimonials should be sent by the candidates so as to reach the Deputy Inspector General, SHQ (L&C), ITB Police, PO-Airport, Chandigarh (UT) clearly superscribing on the envelope the name of the post applied for on or before the last date positively.
