The application form can be obtained from the office of Joint Director (Admn.), IHBAS, Dilshad Garden, Near GTB Hospital, Delhi-95 from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Application form can also be downloaded from Website. The last date of submission of filled-in applications is 01/07/2007. For OBC candidates, the OBC certificate must have been issued by the competent authority of Delhi.
