Applications on plain paper along with a recent passport size photograph and C.V. are invited for several faculty positions on contract basis in department of Microbiology (05, including a retired faculty as visiting Professor), and in Applied Microbiology (01), Medical Microbiology (01), and Bioinformatics (01). The completed application should accompany a DD for Rs. 200/- (Rs.100/-for SC/ST candidates) in favour of the Finance Controller, Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. For positions in Microbiology, Applied Microbiology, & in Medical Microbiology, candidates having specialization in Microbiology/ Zoology/ Biotechnology /Life Science may apply, and for position in Bioinformatics, specialization must be in Bioinformatics. The candidates having qualifications as prescribed for lecturer by the UGC shall be preferred. Reservation shall be as per state Govt. rules. Salary is negotiable. The envelop containing the application should be superscribed with "Application for Teaching Positions in Microbiology / Bioinformatics". and should reach the Registrar latest by 27/06/2007. The candidates should bring their original certificates /documents while coming for the interview. Interview letters will not be issued separately. The interview shall be held on 28/06/2007 at 11.00 A.M. in the office of the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor.
