• Project Director : Master degree in Social Work with a Certified Specialisation and / or Experience in Social Sector Programme Management.
• Finance and Enterprise Promotion Officer : A Masters' qualification in Economics, Business Administration /Enterpreneurship Development.
• IT and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer : A Master Degree in Social Science. Should have an inherent penchant and aptitude to understand ICT based systems, pertaining to RDBMS operations - Especially Data sandardarisation, report generation, Collection etc.
• Community Catalys : Masters' Degree in Social Work.
