Qualification, Pay Scales :

• Post no. 1 to 6 : Pay Scale - Rs.16400-22400/-), Qualification : Doctoral Degree in relevant subject. At least 5 years experience as Professor or in an equivalent position OR an eminent scientist/having proven record of scientific contribution working in a reputed organisation/institute having at least 18 years epxeperience in the relevant subject.
• Post No. 7 : Pay Scale Rs.16400-22400/-, Qualification : master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks of equivalent grade with good academic record. At least 10 years experience in Library Science, out of which at least 5 years should be as Dy Librarian / equivalent in an institution of repute.
• Post No 8 : Pay Scale - Rs.8000-13500/-, Qualification : Master of Library Science (M. Lib) with at least 55% marks or its equivalent . NET shall be the compulsory requirement in for appointment for those applicants with post graduate degree. However, candidates having Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET. The applicants having M.Phil. degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET for UG level teaching only
• Post no. 9 : Pay Scale : Rs.16400-2400/-, Qualification : Doctoral Degree in relevant subject. 10 years experience excluding the period spent in obtaining the Ph.D.
• Post No. 11 : Pay Scale : Rs.-12000-18300/-, Qualification : Doctoral Degree in the field of Agriculture/ Horticulture/ animal Science/ Fisheries. Five years experience (excluding time spend on obtaining doctoral degree) in research/teaching/extension education
• Post no. 10&12 : Pay Scale - Rs.8000-13500, Qualification ; Master's Degree in relevant subjects with at least 55% marks with good academic record. NET shall be the compulsory requirement in for appointment for those applicants with post graduate degree. However, candidates having Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET. The applicants having M.Phil. degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET for UG level teaching only.
• Post No 13 : Pay Scale - Rs.5500-9000/-, Qualification : Master's Degree in relevant subjects with at least 55% marks with good academic record. Applicant must hold at least one degree from Agriculture University/ Agriculture Faculty/ Veterinary university/ Faculty in relevant discipline as the case may be.
• Post no. 14 : Pay Scale - Rs.5500-9000/-, Qualification : Master's Degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science/ Information Technology with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent OR Master's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Physics with PGDCA/PGDIT with minimum 55% marks. OR Graduation with PGDCA with 15 years of working experience as computer operator.

The prescribed application form along with details of various posts can be obtained by sending a self addressed envelop of 23cm x 10cm size stamped worth Rs. 10/- only along with the application form fee of Rs. 50/- for SC, ST and Rs. 200/- for UR/OBC payable through a crossed Bank Draft drawn on any nationalised bank situtated at Raipur in favour of " INDIRA GANDHI KRISHI VISHWAVIDYALAYA, RAIPUR" or by making the payament in cash in the Office of Registrar, on any working day between 11.00. AM to 3.00 PM. The Advertisement No., Name of the post and its serial number should be clearly mantioned in the request for application form.

The candidates may download the forms and submit along with a fee of Rs. 50/- for SC, ST and Rs. 200/- for OBC in shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of "INDIRA GANDHI KRISHI VISHWAVIDYALAYA, RAIPUR" payable at Raipur within due date.
