Applications are invited up to 31/10/2007 on prescribed form (free) obtainable from the College Office on all working days either in person or by sending a self addressed stamped envelope or form may be downloaded from the college website http://cvs.edu.in for the following posts of Lecturers in the pay scales of Rs. 8000-275-13500/- plus usual allowances admissible as per Delhi University rules. The application complete in all respects together with attested copies of the certificates should reach the College Principal.

• Economics : 01 post (PH)
• Commerce : 06 posts (SC-2,OBC-2,UR-2)
• Business Economics (Self Finance) : 02 posts (Commerce-1, Economics-1)
• Tourism : 01 post

Qualification : Good academic record with at least 55% marks (50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST or those who have passed their Master's Degree prior to 19/09/91 and hold a Ph.D degree) or equivalent in relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign university. (2) NET is the compulsory requirement for appointment as Lecturer. However the candidate having Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET for P.G. level and UG level teaching. The candidates having M.Phil. degree in the concerned subjects are exempted from NET for UG level teaching only. 

A Relaxation of 5% marks at Master's level to the PH persons be granted for Lecturer post and for those who have already cleared JRF Examination conducted by UGC/CSIR only, prior to 1989 when the minimum marks required to appear for JRF examination were 50%.
