COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION FOR DIRECT RECRUITMENT TO THE TRIPURA ENGINEERING SERVICE, 2007 .

Applications are invited in prescribed Form from the eligible citizen of India for selection of candidates on the basis of written Competitive Examination followed by an Interview-Cum-Personality Test against direct vacant quotas in different branches of the Tripura Engineering Services as mentioned below :

• Civil Grade IV : 63 posts (ST-30, SC-17 , UR-16), Pay Scale : Rs.10000-15200/-
• Mechanical Grade IV : 05 posts (ST-02, SC-01,UR-02, Pay Scale : Rs.10000-15200/-
• Civil Grade V (A) : 282 posts (ST-122, SC-30 , UR-130), Pay Scale : Rs.7450-13000/-
• Mechanical Grade V (A) : 05 posts (SC-02 , UR-03), Pay Scale : Rs.7450-13000/-
• Electrical Grade V (A) : 18 posts (ST-06,SC-04 ,UR-08), Pay Scale : Rs.7450-13000/-
• Civil Grade V (B) : 66 posts (ST-47, SC-17 , UR-02), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-10300/-
• Mechanical Grade V (B) : 04 posts (SC-02 , UR-02), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-10300/-
• Electrical Grade V (B) : 09 posts (ST-02, SC-02 , UR-05), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-10300/-

Age : 18 to 37 years as on 01/01/2007. Relaxation as per Govt. rules.

Application Form : application Form will be available from any of the total 103 Nos. of Branches/ Extension counters of Tripura Gramin Bank located at different places of Urban and Rural areas in the State of Tripura on deposit of the prescribed Recruitment Fee through the Special Deposit Slip to the Account No. 14711 in favour of the Secretary, T.P.S.C. in the same Branch / Extension counter as a single window system without any extra charge/Commission from the candidates.

For the candidates outside of the State, the said prescribed Form can also be down loaded from the Website at http://tpsc.gov.in/01100701.pdf and in that case, the Prescribed Recruitment Fee is to be paid in the form of demand draft of any Nationalized Bank payable at Agartala in favour of the Secretary, T.P.S.C. The said demand draft is to be enclosed with the filled up application form with record in the specified Box on the Ist page of the Form.

Application Fee : Rs. 150/- only for general candidates and Rs. 75/- (Rupees Seventy Five) only for ST or SC (Tripura Government recognized) / BPL family card holder/ P/H candidates. ST/SC candidates of other states (Not recognized by the govt. of Tripura) may apply for un-reserved vacancy as general candidate along with fees of Rs. 150/- only.
