BPCL looking for dynamic, intelligent and experienced HR & Legal Professionals who can rapidly assimilate BPCL business processes and are interested in taking up challenging assignments in their respective fields catering to locations spread across the country. The details are as follows :

• Manager (HR) / Deputy Manager (HR) : 10 posts (Reservation as per Govt. Directives), Age : 37 years as on 01/02/2008, Qualification : Full time MBA or PGDBM with HR as specialization from a recognized reputed institute scoring minimum 60% marks (relaxed to minimum 50% for SC / ST / PH candidates). Additional qualifications such as ERP, Process Work, NLP etc., would be an added advantage., Experience : Relevant 7 to 12 years HR experience.
• Deputy Manager (Legal) / Assistant Manager (Legal) : 04 posts, Age : 35 years as on 01/02/2008, Qualification : Persons having full-time degree in Law (min. 3 years course) with minimum 60% marks (relaxed to minimum 50% for SC / ST / PH category candidates) from recognized institute / university, Experience : Work experience of min. 3 to 7 years

Pay Scales :

1. Manager : Rs. 17500 – Rs. 22300 + D.A. and other allowances / benefits as applicable
2. Deputy Manager : Rs. 16000 – Rs. 20800 + D.A. and other allowances / benefits as applicable
3. Assistant Manager : Rs.13750 – Rs.18700 + D.A. and other allowances / benefits as
   applicable
