Minimum Experience: The candidates (Internal & External) applying for the post of Director- P&A/ Technical/ Commercial should have minimum of 10 years experience (with 5 years of experience in a medium to large organization at senior management levels) preferably in the power sector. The candidates (Internal & External) applying for the post of Director (Finance) should have minimum of 15 years of work experience (with 5 years of experience in a medium to large organization at senior management levels) preferably in power sector.

Tenure of Appointment : Tenure of appointment for the above posts will be of 3 years. The maximum age as on 1 st May, 2008 should not be more than 59 years.
