Special Recruitment Drive for filling up Backlog vacancies in Karnataka Soaps

KSDL is looking for high profile, dynamic, result oriented, and innovative candidates for the following vacancies :

1. Director (Finance) : 01 post (SC), Qualification : M.Com. with ACA/AICWA or MBA (Finance)/ Ph.D. (Finance) from reputed business institutions. 15 years experience, out of which 5 years should be in senior positions as Chief Accounts/ Finance Department in a large scale organisation., Age: 45 years.
2. Deputy General Manager (Marketing) : 02 posts (SC-1, ST-1), Qualification : MBA (HR) or MSW with PGDPM & IR. Degree in Law preferred. 10 years experience, out of which at least 5 years in a senior position in handling HR matters in a large scale industry., Age: 40 years.
3. Branch Managers: 03 posts (SC-2, SC-1), Qualification: Graduates with MBA in Marketing Management from reputed Business Institutions in preferred. 5 years experience in marketing consumer products with experience of independently handling marketing operations of a Branch, out of which at least 3 years should have been in charge of a Region. Experience in selling Soaps and Detergents will be an added advantage., Age: 35-40 years.
