RGPPL intends to recruit its own cadre of Executives in Contract & Materials, Legal, HR, Finance, PR and IT at various levels.
  1. Deputy Manager - Contracts & Materials : 05 posts, Pay scale : Rs.16000-20800 (E4), Qualification : Graduate in Engineering (Elect/Mech/Civil) with 60 % marks. Those possessing Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management will have an added advantage., 7 years of relevant post-qualification exp. in PSU/Pvt. Sector of repute. , Age: 42 years.
  2. Assistant Engineer – Information Technology: 01 posts, Pay scale: Rs.10750-16750 (E1), Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science or MCA with 60% marks., Minimum 1year relevant executive experience in PSU/Pvt. Sector of repute., Age: 28 Years.
  3. Assistant Officer – Corporate Communication/Public Relations: 02 posts, Pay scale: Rs.10750-16750, Qualification: Graduate with 2years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Communication/ Advertising & Communication Management/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication with minimum 60% marks., Minimum 1year relevant executive experience in PSU/Pvt. Sector of repute., Age: 28 Years.
  4. Officer – Finance: 05 posts, Pay scale: Rs.12000-17500 (E2A), Qualification: Graduate with CA/ICWA or 2years full-time MBA (Finance), 2 years of Post qualification experience in PSU/Pvt. Sector of repute., Age: 32 Years.
  5. Deputy Manager –Legal: 01 posts, Pay scale: Rs.16000-20800 (E4), Qualification: A Graduate degree in Law (Professional) with minimum 60% marks from recognised university/ Institute. Those possessing postgraduate qualification in Law (i.e. LL.M) will have an added advantage., Minimum 7years of post-qualification experience in PSU/Pvt. Sector of repute, Age: 42 Years.
  6. Officer – HR: 05 posts, Pay scale: Rs.12000-17500 (E2A), Qualification: Graduate with at least 2 years full-time PG Degree / Diploma in HR/Mgmt./IR/Pers.Mgmt / MBA from a recognized university / Institute with not less than 60% marks., Minimum 3 years of relevant executive experience in PSU/Pvt. Sector of repute, Age: 32 years.
