Applications are invited for the posts mentioned below in the prescribed scale of pay with allowances and benefits as per university rules.

• Professor : 09 posts (Rs.16400-22400), Age : 45 years
• Reader : 15 posts (Rs.12000-18300), Age : 40 years
• Lecturer : 30 posts (Rs.8000-13500), Age : 35 years

Fee : Rs.200/-. SC/ST candidates will be required to pay only 25% of normal application cost. Physically handicapped candidates (handicapped 40% or above) are exempted from payment of fees for forms.

How to Apply : Application on prescribed form along with 9(nine) photo copies of properly filled in application form and one set of true copies of testimonials, Certificates and two recent passport size Photographs duly attested should reach the Registrar, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan, Dist-Birbhum, Pin- 731235. The last date for submission of application is on or before 20th November, 2008.
