I have a question? United Bank given an add in the month of Jan 2010 for personnel Officer and requirement is just like Manager HR (add came 2 days back), but only difference is experience. for personnel officer 3 years experience and now for manager 2 years of experience. Either personnel officer is higher position then HR manager, if not then is that ways to get 400 Rs DD from all the applicant for the sake of income. As I have applied for earlier position but till date no feedback. As I have what basically they are looking for being in HR we atleast know what your requirement. I will be happy to get a feedback on this. Thanks

ReplyDeleteHi!m working in PNB.I think they have reduce dis experience to 2 yrs bcz Now banks r short of employee due 2 Retirements in big numbers. abt delay in exam..........dont no.

But If it is a requirement where they have reduce the experience in that case also job title should be the same, and there should be some information for people who have already applied or should be some column in the advertisement “Those candidate applied earlier should not apply again”. But No such things can be seen here. Basically in there add its clearly mention there will be an personal round of interview It indicates either they have very less candidate or somebody has already shortlisted for these positions. As per my knowledge they advertisement they have give with this qualification and experience thousand and thousand of applicant will be there, and for that they can’t effort to through personal interview at any cost they have to conduct written examination…Not sure but has a big question on this???????
