  1. i think if someone don't have 60% in GRADUATION should not prepare for Banking exams.
This is too rubbish criteria for selection adopted by various banks, while IBPS had not kept any percent criteria.
Every time why candidates suffer this foolish systems.

  7. truly said
In a fierce competitive environment with private sector banks these banks still adhere to check knowledge of a candidate with percentage,
may be the candidate who had scored below 60% but had more higher qualification like MBA, MSc, MA in Economics but these bank prefer to those who have 60 above in graduation ........
there is no advantage of higher qualification with good percentage

  11. there desirable experience i.e. DBF from IIBF is open for only those working in some financial institution such as bank...this is d height of stupidity...though we have to b stupid enuf to expect anything better from these kind of B-grade banks.Obviously they know that they dont have any real intelligent faculty in interview board so they decide on d basis of university marks.if at all u get opportunity, then visit a nearby IOB n meet the manager then u guys will understand d choice of these banks.

  12. Well, when u r competing in an all India exam, management focuses on elimination of candidates and not on the selection as the number of candidates applying are very high. 60 % criteria is one such way of elimination, GD and interview being others.

So u are actually trying to in the last few who survived elimination.

For those who cud not apply or appear for these exams remember manzilen kuch aur bhi hai, raste kuch aur bhi...(IAS, IFS, SSC etc)

    Stop cursing, start preparing
