  12. Hello friends
I am selected as DSE in lic and i resign for this within a month their is no future in this jobs
there is total target base job so it is the signal of warning from my side that no one apply for this jobs.
this condition of this jobs is too poor in comparision of a agent
So if anyone of u want to join lic I suggest them to join as a agent not as a DSE

  18. LIC should ashamed of this kind of postings, they can't even able to hire agents on part time. They are posting it as a big opportunity in government sector to attract innocent youth. There is no need to conduct exam for this, Playing with your careers guys. Rs.100 is waste for this. Completely target based, they will screw you like anything if you join as an part time agent which officially called as DSE(Direct sales executive)

  21. AGENT and DSE compared !

Agents have to sell 12 policies in a given financial year.
There is no Limit of policy selling for DSE.
There is D.O. available for help to the Agents
There is no help for DSE
    Agents get renewal commissions
DSE don't get renewal commissions till they are promoted to the next level called SSE.
There is full time target....divided into four quarters of the year.
Remunerations are less....there is a bar on the salary that they say will be given to the DSE with stupid KPI ie Key point index which makes ur salary like having nothing at all.
There is no salary slip that will help for future engagement in other companies.
even the bank statements of LIC money given to DSE by NEFT dont bear their name.
There is no Provision for Provident fund nor medical leave and allowances.

DSE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND IS CRAP.
Prepare for better jobs......LIC has just found out a strategy to waste the best years of educated unemployed youths.
