• Professor in pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 with AGP of Rs. 10000/-
• Associate Professor in pay scale of  Rs.37400-67000 with AGP of Rs. 9000/-
• Assistant Professor in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 with AGP of Rs. 6000/-

1. School of Engineering : 25 posts (UR-10, OBC-10,SC-5)
2. School of ICT : 20 posts (UR-9, OBC-4, SC-7)
3. School of Biotechnology : 02 posts (SC-2)
