IBPS conducts Common Written Exam (CWE) for Specialist Officers Cadre (SPL-II)

IBPS, an autonomous body, has been authorised by the IBA and has received mandates from 20 Public Sector Banks to conduct the recruitment of Specialist Officers.

A Common Written Examination (CWE  SPL-II) will be conducted on 16/03/2012 OR 17/03/2013 by the IBPS as a pre-requisites for selection of personnel for Specialist Officers Cadre posts in the following 20 Public Sector Banks.
  • Allahabad Banks / Andhra Bank/ Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Canara Bank/ Central Bank of India/ Corporation Bank/ Dena Bank/ IDBI Bank/ Indian Bank/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Oriental Bank of Commerce/ Punjab National Bank/ Punjab & Sind Bank/ Syndicate Bank/ Union Bank of India/ United Bank of India/ UCO Bank/ Vijaya Bank

Those will be successful in the Common Written Exam (CWE) will be given a scorecard (Like CAT exam of IIM) and may apply to any of the participating bank when they come up with their job vacancy and then these successful candidates have quote their personal details and their CWE scores.

 Each of the bank will issue individual recruitment notifications, details of  vacancies, eligibility criteria etc. separately.

  4. Law Officer (Scale-I)

  7. Marketing Officer (Scale-I)
  8. Information Technology Officer (Scale-II)
  9. Law Officer (Scale-II)
  10. Chartered Accountant (Scale-II)
  11. Finance Executive (Scale-II)
How to Apply for CWE :  Candidates need to apply Online at IBS website from 10/01/2013 to 28/01/2013 only.

Important Dates :
  1. Payment of Application Fees : 10/01/2013 to 28/01/2013
  2. Start date of Online submission of Application : 10/01/2013
  3. Last date for online submission of Application : 28/01/2013
  4. Tentative Date of CWE Exam  for Specialist Officers : 16/03/2013 or 17/03/2013

    Govt ka ye kaun sa rule h ? Sab kamai GENERAL candidate se hi karni h.
    This is unfair, yaaro kuch karo, fee aur seat me koi reservation nahi hona chahiye.

    last year 5700 candidates were passed in Marketing Officer scale -I. I was also passed with 135 marks and the cutoff was 114 for gen. in MO. Not a single call has been made by a single bank out of 19 PSB's ... all the 5700 passed candidates are still waiting for a single chance to give interview but I think the chance will not come as IBPS has issued notification for specialist-II. Why would we all who got passed gave the exam for specialist -I, when IBPS and all PSBs are too ignorant and arrogant in conducting interviews????

    dear frends(including rajiv),always remember baba sahib did not recommended resrevations for sc st for their entire lives or forever.this was not at all a pay back for this generation lower class for wrong doings of some upper class people years ago.this is a helping hand for equality,if you dont understand its pupose pls dont create hatered.
    calling anyone lower class was shameful earlier and can never be a proud feeling even today,even if it gives me job.
    even today not even 40% of sc st dont genuinly get its benefit as politically influentials from our own cast dont want us to be self sufficient....think on it

    Don't you remember that you people had 100% reservation since thousands of years. You people robbed sc/st people of even there basic rights. You stuffed your pockets with gold and money, while sc/st didnt had food to eat.
