    but in PDF its written that.....
    For posts in E-1, Fresher with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination (55% for SC / ST) may also apply. Where qualifying examination is of Post Graduate level, candidates must have 60% marks in the Graduation level also (55% for SC / ST).
