BEML requires professionals having a  minimum of twenty years of hands-on experience in the Design & Quality of heavy-duty mining machinery viz., Bull Dozers, Dumpers & Excavators in one or more of the following areas. :

1. Mechanical Engineering Consultants
2. Electrical and Electronic Engineering Consultant
3. Mechanical  Engineering  Consultant  for  Diesel  Engine  Design
4. Mechanical   Engineering  consultant   for  quality   systems
