The Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (MILKFED) came into life in the year 1973 to improve dairy farming in the state of Punjab. MILKFED is set-up as a three-tier system with Federation as the apex body at the State Level, Milk Unions at the District Level and Cooperative Societies at the village level. 'Verka is the brand name of the milk products of MILKFED. Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Ltd (Milkfed) intends to have a joint selection procedure for assisting the various Milk Unions for recruitment for appointing ‘Trainees’ against the following Sarkari Naukri vacancy posts :
Trainee Vacancies
- Clerk-cum-Typist : 100 posts
- Laboratory Assistant/ Laboratory Technician : 25 posts
- Junior Mechanic : 25 posts (Electrical-10, General-10, Instrumentation-05)
Age : 18-45 years
Application Fee : Rs.700/- (Rs. 500/- for SC & BC candidates) to be paid online.
